Growing up, I faced frightening experiences with the supernatural that impacted my understanding of faith and spirituality. It felt like a curse but became a blessing all along. Dealing with firsthand accounts of poltergeist occurrences, possession, black energies, and lost spirits kept me frightened. As all children do when afraid, I would run and grab my angel teddy bear (Archangel St. Michael) as I called him and hid under my blanket shaking with fear. Fear is what stops us from having faith. Fear declines our willingness to learn and grow. Fear to lose those who we love the most while we energetically diminish ourselves. I thank my mother each day for her courage and knowledge of the divine that she lovingly taught me. I know it is my purpose now to give others these spiritual practices freely to relinquish those negative energies while raising consciousness for the betterment of all. It’s important to maintain these practices and stay true to oneself.
